Where the restaurant list comes from

Every restaurant on this site is listed by at least one of these kashrut sources:

• NIHS — the Amsterdam Ashkenazi Rabbinate
• Esnoga — the Amsterdam Sephardi-Portuguese Rabbinate
• Chabad Amsterdam Center

Each restaurant card links to its entry on every list that includes it, so you can always check the original.

How it stays up to date

Every week an automated job downloads the three lists, keeps only the restaurants (not shops, caterers or hotels), and merges duplicates by address.
